At Body Intellect we believe that quality exercise delivers results, designed to address each individual body as a unique instrument. Body Intellect offers the opportunity of a well-balanced, safe, efficient and aesthetically beautiful workout. This approach to exercise can be adapted to the needs of a wide range of people, from those with limited mobility in rehabilitation, to the elite athlete, tailored to the needs of the individual.
First we do a detailed physical assessment to determine your strengths and weaknesses. Then we draw up an interesting, varied, individual program to take you smoothly from one level to the next — your own goal at your own pace. The sessions are based on an individual program with continuous supervision and instruction.
At out new premises in Menlo Park, Body Intellect now
also offers a variety of classes that will compliment
your individual sessions. A maximum of 10 people can
attend these group training classes. These group training
classes include Beginner and Intermediate mat Classes,
Power Pilates, Walking, Classes for the older you, Pre-natal
classes, Stretching, Ball Classes, Adult ballet classes,
Bosu classes and Free movement classes, etc...
